Job Title

Japanese Speaking Assistant Manager, Operations Department

What You'll Be Doing
  • Support and enhance business‑as‑usual (BAU) by understanding internal policy & procedure (P&P), identifying pain points, troubleshooting settlement issues, analysing data, recommending solutions and updates to workflows. Prepare reports, management information packs, and documentation.
  • Act as liaison with Head Office (HO) and external/internal parties to optimise processes, systems, and workflows to achieve measurable improvements in productivity, cost efficiency and performance.
  • Assist the Senior Manager to improve company efficiency and effectiveness by analysing data, providing assistance, and recommending solutions based on identified pain points.
  • Bridge the gap between strategic goals and daily operations, focusing on process optimisation and workflow improvements.
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed
  • Business fluency in Japanese.
  • Previous experience as a Business Operations Analyst in financial institutions, with practical knowledge of financial operations.
  • Some experience in organisational back‑office functions.
  • Excellent communication skills and understanding of multicultural work environments.
  • Proficiency in office software, including Excel and Word.

Salary: Competitive

Hybrid after probation
