Job summary

The Automobile Association (The AA) has a role for a Jaguar Land Rover Dedicated Technician to deliver prestige roadside support and exceptional customer service. You’ll work with JLR vehicles, using manufacturer tools, and take ownership from arrival to repair completion, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

You will operate from a home-based setup with a JLR van, equipment and uniform, handling warranty work and advanced diagnostics as part of a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Full UK Cat B licence (max 6 points).
• Experience with manufacturer diagnostics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prestige roadside support for Jaguar Land Rover vehicles using manufacturer-specific tools and diagnostics.
• Take complete ownership of the customer experience from arrival to completion of the repair.
• Combine technical skill with excellent communication to ensure customer satisfaction every time.

• Start and end your day at home with a fully equipped JLR van, tools, and uniform
• Work 40 hours/week - currently with a 7am-9pm shift range, with flexible standby hours to suit your life
