Job summary

Sytner Jaguar Land Rover Stockport is seeking a motivated Trainee Sales Executive to join our automotive sales team. No previous motor trade experience is required; full training and Jaguar Land Rover accreditation will be provided to help you succeed.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through their car buying journey, and building relationships to achieve excellent results.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in cars and automotive industry.
• Full Clean Driving Licence.
• Willing to learn and develop through our training programme.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As a Trainee Sales Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for customers throughout their car buying journey. You'll take the time to understand their needs, provide expert guidance, and deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

We're looking for someone with experience in customer service or sales who is confident communicating with people, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated to achieve great results.

Our sales team works flexible shifts, including weekends, to ensure we provide exceptional service whenever our customers visit.

• Previous experience in customer service or a sales environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• A positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude.
