Overview

We are seeking a Jaggaer Officer to manage procurement activities. This role is based in Luton and requires a professional with experience working with Jaggaer systems. This role will sit within the procurement team; however, doesnt require prior procurement experience.

Responsibilities

• As Jaggaer Officer you will report into the Procurement Manager.
• Working on Jaggaer systems & be the lead for the team in Jaggaer.
• Support procurement processes to ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition of goods and services.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Prepare procurement reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and deliver solutions.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong Jaggaer experience
• Prior experience of working with Jaggaer systems in a professional environment
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
