New Leaf Search has partnered with an international provider of business-to-business financial solutions in its search for a Customer Service Executive.
Salary: £26,000 - £34,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits.
Location: UK, Slough / Bucks / Berks (Hybrid).
This role forms part of a busy Customer Services Operations Team, delivering high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders across multiple communication channels. It is well-suited to a customer‑focused professional who enjoys working in a friendly, collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional service experience. The position is office‑based 2–3 days per week in Stoke Poges.
Respond to customer queries across phone, email and written correspondence in a timely and accurate manner.
Process contract amendments, transfer requests, refunds and administrative changes within agreed timescales.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
Support colleagues during peak periods by sharing workloads and assisting with calls.
Identify process improvements that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Maximise revenue opportunities by identifying sales leads, collecting fees where appropriate and helping prevent arrears or bad debt.
Handle incoming switchboard calls efficiently, ensuring customers are directed to the appropriate team.
Work within industry, regulatory and business guidelines at all times.
Experience delivering exceptional customer service via phone and written communication.
Background in financial services or a business-to-business customer service environment advantageous.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident user of Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of regulatory bodies (FOS, FCA, FLA) is desirable.
We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
You will also require relevant in-country experience, without which, your application will not be considered.
