Key Accountabilities
  • Develop & scale Payment Solutions in the Public Sector

  • Create propositions to drive acquisition, retention & growth

  • Monitor market needs & deliver competitive offerings

  • Manage pipeline, forecasting & territory performance

  • Support sales teams with client reviews, proposals & coaching

  • Collaborate on new solutions, collateral & commercial models

  • Expand client relationships post-deal to grow Payment Solutions portfolio

Person Specification
  • 3+ years’ experience in Asset Finance / Leasing / Financial Services / Technology

  • Proven background in Public Sector financing, sales & business development

  • Strong consultative selling, product & marketing expertise

  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management (Board, Legal, Ops, Finance, Sales)

  • Results-driven, client-focused, with strong relationship-building skills

  • UK market experience essential
