We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled ServiceNow Technical Lead to join our team and play a critical role in leading the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform supporting our GEO and LEO satellite services. In this position, you’ll work closely with product managers, IT engineers, and process owners, contributing directly to our ongoing projects and initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within an organization that values growth, teamwork, and professional development.
You are an expert IT professional with a deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and practices. With a strong technical background on ServiceNow Platform, you excel at guiding the delivery of high-quality IT services. You are passionate about improving processes and driving efficiency, and you thrive in collaborative environments. Your excellent communication skills enable you to engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and understanding of ITSM initiatives.
