Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced PMO Lead with a vast amount of ITSM experience (ServiceNow preferred). Based in Stevenage (Hertfordshire) to support the running of the Programme Office for MSP Transition.

Responsibilities

• Master schedule management across 5 workstreams
• Pro‑active dependencies and risk management
• Steering packs, reporting and design authority pack preparation and coordination of workstream leads
• Deliverables tracking
• Management of document repositories, facilitating sign‑offs and audit tracking
• Providing additional coordination support where needed

Qualifications

• Familiar with KeyedIn
