The Role

As a Surveyor / Client Representative, you\'ll be the face of the business — visiting clients\' homes across London, conducting on-site surveys, and preparing detailed reports that allow the operations and sales teams to deliver smooth, high-quality moves.

While technical training is fully provided, this role suits someone who thrives on face-to-face interaction and enjoys the mix of autonomy, travel, and client engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Visiting clients across London to conduct on-site surveys and assess shipment volumes.
  • Building rapport with clients, explaining services clearly, and gathering detailed information for quotes.
  • Preparing accurate survey reports after each visit.
  • Conducting video surveys for remote clients when required.
  • Acting as a liaison between clients, operations, and the packing teams during ongoing moves.
  • Maintaining excellent communication and professional presentation at all times.
What We\'re Looking For
  • Native or near-native Italian speaker (this is essential - all communication is conducted in Italian).
  • Confident, polished communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Well-presented, engaging, and comfortable visiting clients\' homes.
  • Self-sufficient and reliable — enjoys autonomy while staying connected to a wider team.
  • Based in Central London (within N, NW, W, SE, SW, or E postcodes) with excellent transport links.
  • Tech-savvy, with a suitable home setup for occasional video surveys.
  • Full training provided — no removals or logistics experience required, just the right attitude, curiosity, and professionalism.
