Main duties
  • To be a pivotal part in implementing plans and strategies for the successful delivery of business-to-business events, covering pre-event, onsite delivery, and post-event activities.
  • To be responsible for events management, including the creation of exhibitor manuals
  • To collaborate with the team to develop and implement successful plans to support the sales process
  • To liaise with key stakeholders to gather essential information regarding their participation in the event
  • To confirm all event details, coordinate with all parties, address challenges, conduct risk assessment, ensure health & safety, finalise capacities and menus, and agree floor plans.
  • To support the team with developing and executing a successful marketing strategy, incorporating physical tickets, social media, websites, and digital communication.
  • To ensure consistent communication with key stakeholders and act as the primary contact for visitors and potential attendees seeking information about the event
  • To participate in international events when necessary
The candidate
  • Fluent in Italian (spoken and written) - Essential
  • Experience in planning and delivering B2B events - Beneficial
  • Open to fast passed change being adaptive to new and evolving situations
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet targets and deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and articulate

Salary: Circa 30,000 per annum depending on experience
