The chef must maintain traditional Italian cooking standards while contributing creatively to the development of fusion and modern presentations where required.
This role includes managing the Italian kitchen section and ensuring high food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Prepare and cook a wide range of Italian dishes including pasta, risotto, pizza, meat and seafood items, and traditional sauces.
Hand‑make pasta and dough (as applicable), ensuring freshness and authenticity.
Ensure proper texture, seasoning, and presentation of all Italian menu items.
