Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust for an experienced Training Manager to work within the Digital Transformation Department. The Trust is looking for an enthusiastic individual to strengthen and support our existing training team in delivering and managing training across the Trust's services.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver IT & patient systems training programme and identify training needs to meet regional and national training requirements.
  • Lead the training team to meet changing organisational demands for training.
  • Collaborate with project managers on large-scale projects (e.g., Electronic Patient Record) to design efficient training plans and support transition.
  • Progress the use of e-learning for IT and patient systems.
