We are seeking a personable, friendly, and outgoing Training & Process Support Analyst to join the IT team of this well regarded Yorkshire professional services firm. This is a people-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, building confidence in technology and internal processes, and supporting positive change.
This is not a traditional IT trainer role. As well as delivering engaging training sessions, you'll support the rollout of new technology and processes, help identify where best practice is not being followed, and act as a key point of contact for business process support across departments.
You'll join a well-established, friendly IT team in a respected mid-sized law firm. This is a varied role where you'll be encouraged to take ownership, contribute to firmwide initiatives, and make a meaningful impact on how technology and processes support legal service delivery.
