The Role

As an LDMS IT Trainer you will support the successful delivery of account migrations, through the maintenance of manuals and the delivery of training via innovative methods. This is a key role to help deliver seamless migrations onto the LDMS managed platforms. This role will ensure that the customer is trained effectively, for any new features and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as part of the wider Professional Services team, ensuring that training materials are developed and maintained.
  • Prepare and develop a range of resources to support learning.
  • Bring innovative ideas in the creation and delivery of training material.
  • Ability to create content and training material in a number of innovative ways, video, online etc.
  • Keep up to date with latest advances on the delivery of quality material.
  • Contributing to the overall success of migrations, ensuring that training is planned and delivered.
  • Understand the delivery outcomes/products, ensuring that quality training is developed and provided.
  • Work with service delivery team to understand and address areas where incidents/tickets are as a result of bad or sub-optimal operational practices.
  • Monitor and review all allocated learning and development activities ensuring that they continue to be fit for purpose
  • Amend and revise programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work and/or regulatory environment
  • Evaluate and develop own practice, maintaining an up to date knowledge of current business developments and requirements

Essential:

  • Proven track record in delivering quality training.
  • Adaptive to new ways of delivering training.
  • Keen to develop new skills.
  • Good communication skills. Able to communicate with IT professionals and stakeholders at various levels.

Desirable:

  • Financial services exposure.
  • Able to deliver material using innovative ideas.
  • Graduate in a media related subject.
