Program Overview

The traineeship is broken down into three easy steps, which can be finished in as little as three months:

1. Online Training – complete professional, accredited, industry‑recognised IT Support courses from CompTIA, Microsoft and Cisco. The training is delivered via multimedia‑rich video tutorials, presentations and quizzes through an online portal you study from home. An expert tutor is assigned to help you throughout.
2. Practical Training – gain hands‑on experience using our cutting‑edge LiveLabs. Practical experience is essential for certifications and staying current with new technologies. Theory alone is not enough; companies require hands‑on experience to ensure job readiness.
3. Official Exams – sit the CompTIA A+ exams to earn the globally recognised certification. The CompTIA A+ is the most commonly requested certificate for entry‑level IT roles.

Outcome and Placement
