IT Technician & Digital Media Coordinator | London | Full Time | £40,000 to £45,000 per annum

The team supports sponsored students across the United Kingdom, ensuring they receive the guidance, supervision, and digital engagement needed to succeed throughout their academic journey. This position combines technical IT expertise with creative digital communication, offering a varied and rewarding role within a multicultural environment.
Are you the right person for the job?
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT support, ideally within a government, embassy, or education-related organisation
- Experience managing professional social media accounts and creating engaging digital content
- Strong understanding of network management, hardware/software troubleshooting, and IT security
- Proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, and web management platforms
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Strong problem‑solving, time management, and organisational skills
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively in a multicultural setting
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
What will your role look like?
- Install, configure, and maintain office hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage office networks, internet connectivity, and VPN access for staff
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support for IT and AV systems
- Implement IT security measures, backups, and data protection protocols
- Maintain and update digital platforms, including social media and websites
- Create engaging digital content to promote student achievements and cultural activities
- Monitor online engagement and adapt communication strategies accordingly
- Support events with IT setup, live streaming, and digital coordination
- Train staff on digital tools and support technology‑enabled communication with students
