You will provide day-to-day IT support maintaining hardware and software systems, troubleshooting network issues and assisting staff and pupils with technical queries. You will also support the implementation of new technologies and ensure data security and compliance across the school network.

Experience and Qualifications
  • Proven IT support experience ideally in an education setting
  • Good understanding of Windows, Office 365 and network management
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Relevant IT qualification (e.g. CompTIA, Cisco or Microsoft) desirable
Salary

Paid according to experience and local support staff pay scale
