In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for IT issues, providing support for desktops, laptops, and printers. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT support, experience with Microsoft Windows infrastructure, and excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders. Qualifications

  • Strong background in IT support/helpdesk with experience resolving first-line issues.
  • Enthusiastic and highly organised, capable of juggling multiple projects effectively.
  • Experience administering and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows infrastructure.
  • Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals, particularly with Fortinet FortiGate firewalls.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide vital support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and conferencing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft 365/Azure AD issues and manage user accounts.
  • Support Windows deployment and patching.

Hours of Work: Full-time, 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
  • As an IT Technician, you will be the first point of contact for on-site IT issues, providing vital support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and conferencing equipment. You will troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft 365/Azure AD issues, manage user accounts and permissions, and support Windows deployment and patching. In addition, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and improving our IT systems, contributing to infrastructure enhancements and security improvements, while also promoting a seamless day-to-day operation of our technological environment.
