Job summary

A leading education support provider in the UK is seeking an IT Technician for a 6-month contract to support their schools with day-to-day technical operations. The ideal candidate will provide first and second-line IT support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with system upgrades. Experience in multi-site IT support is desirable but not essential. A strong understanding of Windows and Microsoft 365 is required. Competitive daily rate offered.

Keeping systems running, supporting staff and students, and helping deliver a smooth digital learning experience.

• Provide first and second-line IT support (hardware, software, and networks).
• Support Office 365, user accounts, and classroom technology.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalation where needed.
• Assist with upgrades, installs, and Trust-wide IT projects.
• Network upgrades.

Experience:
