Hours: This is a full-time appointment based on a 40-hour week during term time and a 35-hour week during school holidays. The IT Services Team provides support between 7.30 am and 6.00 pm with either a half hour or 1-hour lunch break, the post holder will be required to be flexible within those hours.

The closing date for this position will be Friday 21st November 2025 at 8AM

The Interview date for this position will be Friday 28th November 2025

This position is due to start in January 2026

We are looking for an organised and empathetic IT Technician to support the school.

Primary responsibilities include:
  • Provide first line technical support for staff, pupils and parents via telephone, helpdesk and in person
  • Troubleshoot and repair computer hardware and software faults
  • Install and upgrade IT hardware and software
  • Perform proactive maintenance on IT equipment, ensuring equipment is clean, fit for purpose and working well
  • Assist in maintaining cloud technologies and services such as Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra, Azure, Teams, Defender and other third-party tools
To be considered for this position, we are looking for the following:
  • Experience providing first line IT support
  • Experience with Windows 10/11 installation, management and troubleshooting
  • Hands on experience using Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook etc.)
  • Previous experience with Cloud services such as Microsoft 365
