A technology lifecycle partner based in Solihull is seeking an experienced IT Support professional to manage and deliver technical support across their group. The successful candidate will provide first and second-line support to onsite and remote users, resolving technical issues promptly. Essential qualifications include over 3 years of experience in IT support roles specializing in Windows environments. Solihull-based with regular visits to our UK sites in Chepstow, Gwent, and Andover, Hampshire, and due to the nature of the business some out of hour’s work might be required.
Reporting to the Group IT Services Manager and working within an established IT department, this exciting role is responsible for IT support across TXO Group, supporting both internal users and external customers. You will demonstrate good interpersonal skills and technical knowledge with the desire and ability to foster strong working relationships both internally with technical teams and office staff and, also with our customers and clients.
You will manage support tickets through the Group’s ticketing system and will keep users and customers updated with information throughout the course of an incident.
