ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Provide timely technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Conduct training sessions for basic computer technical issue resolution.
Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
Ensure security and confidentiality of organizational data through IT policy enforcement.
Assist in setup and maintenance of computer systems, including hardware and software installations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to and prioritize help desk tickets with excellent customer service.
Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including updates, backups, and optimizations.
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies for proactive recommendations.
Document IT procedures and solutions for knowledge sharing and training.
Collaborate with third-party vendors for hardware and software procurement and support.
