First Click Solutions is looking for a skilled IT Technician to join our computer refurbishment and repair team. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing, repairing, upgrading, and testing desktop computers and laptops. This role is focused on hardware and software support for computers only — no networking or mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hardware issues in desktop PCs and laptops.
• Replace and upgrade components such as RAM, SSDs, hard drives, motherboards, etc.
• Install and configure operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux preferred).
• Test and ensure all systems are working efficiently after repair.
• Perform BIOS updates and software troubleshooting.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs and refurbished systems.
• Work closely with the cleaning and testing teams to prepare systems for sale.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Technician or Computer Hardware Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Ability to troubleshoot and fix both hardware and software problems.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
