• Assisting users remotely or face to face, offering deskside support when needed.
• Working closely with team leaders and senior management to resolve tickets.
• Researching and documenting solutions to problems on the knowledge base.

Skills

Good working knowledge of Windows operating systems (10/11)

Experience with Office365 applications

Understanding of Active Directory and Windows Server

Basic networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP)

Excellent communication skills

IT Technician - Bournemouth - Up to 26,000

We have an excellent opportunity for an IT Technician to join a growing organisation in an exciting period of growth. This role will involve assisting internal users on their IT issues, ranging across their Microsoft and Application suite. You'll be assisting users via the telephone, emails and tickets, ensuring you are working to agreed SLAs.

Key Responsibilities for the IT Technician
