A growing educational trust in the UK is seeking an ICT Support professional to assist in providing responsive technical support across multiple schools. The role involves maintaining a secure ICT infrastructure and collaborating with staff to enhance student well-being. Ideal candidates will have experience resolving ICT issues and supporting project setups. The position offers a competitive salary and various employee benefits.
To support the ICT Systems Manager in providing a comprehensive and responsive technical ICT support service for all schools. To assist in maintaining an ICT infrastructure that is secure, reliable, robust and resilient and supports all aspects of teaching and learning, along with operational and administrative support, across each school and department within HEART Academies Trust.
To provide technical expertise in order to identify and resolve ICT issues.
To provide technical input and support for ICT projects across the Trust, including setup work for academies joining the Trust's infrastructure.
To work collaboratively with all staff and parents/carers in order to support student well‑being and promote the values of the Trust and each school.
37 hours all year round.
Monday – Thursday 8:30 – 16:30, Friday 8:30 – 16:00.
