Job Title: IT Technician

Location: Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth

Hours: Full Time – 37 hpw

Contract: Permanent

Salary: Band F - £24582.00 FTE

Are you experienced in IT and troubleshooting? Do you commit to delivering a high-quality service? Are you confident communicating with a variety of internal customers?

At East Coast College, our IT team are an integral part of the student and staff experience, and we're looking for an IT Technician to join our team.

Your knowledge of IT and ability to diagnose faults in a logical and methodical manner will allow you to continue to deliver the level of service that our experienced team provide. Support can range from account and login issues, diagnosis and fault finding, to computer software, operating systems, and equipment installation. Good written and spoken communication is a must due to the diverse range of internal customers you will encounter.

  • Confidence in resolving issues, and escalating when unable to
