Harris Federation is seeking an IT Technician to oversee IT support services across multiple primaries in Croydon and Bromley. The roaming role provides flexible cover for short-term absences, vacancies and demand, ensuring high-quality ITIL-aligned services.
Responsibilities include supporting staff and students, managing tickets, maintaining Windows 11 devices, and coordinating with senior teams to ensure availability and security of IT infrastructure.
