IT Technician

RESPONSIBLE TO: Head of IT

JOB TITLE OF THOSE YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY: Assist the Head of IT in all daily tasks and ongoing projects.

  • Assist with and develop knowledge of Network and Server management
  • Assist with IT hardware and software
  • Meeting room IT equipment management and monitoring
  • Act as the second point of contact for IT support desk requests
  • Ensure reliable running of all PCs, laptops, company devices
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of network user accounts, email addresses etc
  • Support the company s internet and e-mail access and availability
  • Manage the company s mobile devices including purchasing, provisioning, and support
  • Meeting room IT management to ensure it works efficiently at all times, is easy to access and all users can work quickly and effectively.
  • Other ad hoc duties to assist the smooth running of the office and all IT needs
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures that relate to anti-bribery, quality, environment and health and safety
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Microsoft Windows operating systems
