A public transport authority in Northern Ireland is seeking a technical support professional to provide assistance with IT applications and systems. The role includes managing the service desk, providing technical support for hardware and software, and implementing security procedures. Candidates should have an NVQ Level 3 qualification and experience in IT support. This position offers opportunities for development and teamwork in a supportive environment.
You will provide technical support on current Applications for all Translink Domain Users and, as a member of a small integrated team, provide support and cover for the Help Desk and Computer Operations activities as necessary. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade computer hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment across the Translink IT Network.
