Overview

Lead and support cross-functional IT initiatives that improve business processes, enhance data systems, and deliver actionable insights through automation and analytics. You’ll partner with internal stakeholders and clients from discovery through delivery, owning timelines, budgets, and communication.

Responsibilities
  • Manage IT and business automation projects end-to-end: scope, plan, execution, UAT, and rollout
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and translate needs into technical deliverables and success criteria
  • Build business process automation with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate; SharePoint & Lists; Power Apps)
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI (with Microsoft Fabric exposure a plus)
  • Oversee database work-streams to ensure sound relational design, data integrity, and performance (SQL Server)
  • Apply AI fundamentals to streamline workflows and enrich analytics (e.g., Copilot, basic text analytics)
  • Track project budgets, risks, and status; drive stakeholder updates and change control

Requirements
Must-have qualifications
  • 3+ years proven experience managing IT projects with cross-functional technical teams
  • Proficiency with Power BI (data modeling/DAX/Power Query) and Power Automate (cloud flows)
  • Working knowledge of SQL Server and relational database structures (T-SQL, normalization)
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
Nice-to-haves
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Lists, Power Apps, and Microsoft Fabric
  • Understanding of AI concepts and practical application in business environments
  • Experience with governance for Power Platform (environments, DLP, solutions)
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent (skills-first focus). Additional certifications (PMP, Scrum, Power Platform) are a plus.
