Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server Management and networking.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and IT Security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Support end users with 1st/2nd/3rd line incident tickets.
• Manage key business systems and perform hardware/software maintenance.
• Participate in a 24-hour on-call team rota for IT support.
