Role

In this role as an IT Systems Administrator, you will support users and systems across the organisation, helping the business to continue their long track record of success. As part of a close, supportive IT team, you'll work with varied technologies and systems including:

  • A major business system covering multiple areas of the organisation
  • Windows 10 & 11 operating systems
  • Windows Servers 2016 - 2022
  • LAN, WAN and VPN connectivity
  • Network switches, WiFi and Firewalls
  • Microsoft 365 Cloud suite
  • EPOS systems
To Be Successful In This Role
  • Professional experience in systems administration
  • A background in IT support, helping users with a variety of technical issues
  • Knowledge of the technologies listed above, particularly Windows, networking and EPOS systems
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative team

This role is a hybrid role with 3 days per week to be based in York. Occasional travel to company sites UK-wide will be required, so you must hold a valid UK driving license.
