Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of internal IT systems.
• Process new starters, leavers, changes in relation to IT accessibility.
• Investigate software issues and resolve them with software suppliers.
• Test and maintain existing and new software.
• Develop IT systems for efficiency and enhancements.
• Create reports using Power BI for business queries.
• Assist with end user training on developed dashboards.
• Support IT team in developing systems.
