We’re looking for a HubSpot expert who can take full ownership of our CRM and turn it into a real growth engine for Pod. This role will put you at the centre of how Pod scales commercially, enabling sales, marketing, and customer success teams to work smarter with better workflows, cleaner data, and actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Act as the internal HubSpot owner, ensuring the platform supports all customer‑facing teams across marketing, sales, service, and customer success.
• Translate business requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions, workflows, and system configurations.
• Define and maintain data models, dashboards, reporting, and adoption processes.

Qualifications

• Deep HubSpot expertise (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub; Operations Hub a plus).
• Proven experience implementing and scaling HubSpot in mid‑market or enterprise environments.
• Strong workflow automation and process design experience within HubSpot.
• Data management expertise (imports, mapping, deduplication, cleansing, governance).
• Analytical mindset with ability to design and interpret dashboards and performance reports.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience delivering training and driving CRM adoption.
• Experience managing HubSpot integrations (native or API‑based).
• Even better, but not essential:
  • HubSpot certifications (Solutions Architecture, Marketing Software, Sales Hub Implementation).
  • Experience with HubSpot Operations Hub, advanced data sync, and custom workflows.
  • Familiarity with APIs or iPaaS tools (Zapier, Workato, Tray.io).
  • Experience embedding AI into HubSpot workflows (forecasting, QA, content generation).
  • Background in consultancy (requirements gathering, workshops, structured delivery).
  • Change management or CRM adoption programme experience.
