Job Description:

As an IT System Administrator at Krucx Technologies LTD, you will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing our software, hardware, and networks. Your primary objective will be to ensure our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting the business operations and ensuring high levels of availability and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Maintenance and Management:
    • Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and applications.
    • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
    • Perform regular system updates, patches, and security configurations.
  • Network Administration:
    • Manage and configure network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
    • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
    • Implement and manage network security measures to protect against threats.
  • User Support and Training:
    • Provide technical support to staff and clients, resolving IT-related issues promptly.
    • Conduct training sessions to enhance staff’s understanding and usage of IT systems.
    • Maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Data Management and Security:
    • Implement and manage backup and recovery strategies.
    • Ensure data integrity and security by enforcing company policies and best practices.
    • Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
    • Generate regular reports on system performance, security status, and other key metrics.
    • Collaborate with other IT staff and departments to achieve company goals.
