Position
Trainee IT Support Engineer – Worthing, West Sussex – Office Based. Temporary, 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Salary: £25,000 per year plus funding for a CompTIA A+ course and various company benefits.

- Hours
- Temporary, fixed‑term 12‑month contract.
- Full time.
- Office based, 5‑days per week Monday to Friday.
- 37.5 hours per week, 8 am to 4 pm.
Responsibilities
- Provide internal desktop, network, and application support to employees.
- Assist in deploying technologies, systems, and services to staff.
- Set up and remove new starters and leavers.
- Assist with laptop builds and minor technical support.
- Support in‑house Microsoft 365 systems.
- General IT support.
- Contribute to training documentation and end‑user training.
- Maintain an audit of all equipment throughout the business.
- Provide remote and telephone support to both office and field staff.
- Undertake other duties as reasonably required.
Requirements
- Interest in pursuing an IT support career.
- Strong telephone and customer experience skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Team player with high energy and can‑do attitude.
- Versatile and able to cope well under pressure.
- Ability to learn new applications and technologies quickly.
- Determination to excel in the role.
- All roles at Bluecrest Wellness require a satisfactory criminal record check.
