Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day IT support to ensure system reliability.
  • Deliver first- and second-line support to users.
  • Support setup for school events related to IT.
  • Collaborate on IT upgrades and infrastructure projects.
  • Manage servers and endpoint environments effectively.
  • Maintain secure IT operations through good practices.
  • Deploy and support end-user devices.
  • Troubleshoot AV systems for classroom use.
  • Assist with school applications and cloud services.
