Job summary

A financial services provider based in London is seeking an IT Support professional to provide first and second level support to users across the organization, including the trade floor. The successful candidate will maintain and improve helpdesk solutions, ensure documentation is up to date, and assist with disaster recovery. A strong technical background and excellent people skills are essential. Knowledge of compliance within financial environments is advantageous.

Qualifications
