An innovative IT company is seeking an apprentice for a Cloud Network Specialist program in the East Midlands. The role involves providing 1st and 2nd line IT support at various customer sites. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete an IT systems and networking – Cloud Network Specialist – Level 3 Apprenticeship.
A fantastic opportunity to join a leading IT specialist business as an IT Support Technician providing 1st and 2nd line support at a combination of a number of local and national customer sites, the Ability IT office in Kingston upon Hull.
You will develop further skills through both technical training and hands‑on, real‑world experience.
Technical support is a big task, and this is a pivotal front‑line role.
You will work alongside a professional team of IT support specialists and gain exposure to a wide array of different technologies and vital problem‑solving skills.
The entry requirements for this Cloud Network Specialist programme are as follows:
Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject.
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

£12,000 per annum.

Monday-Friday,
8am – 5pm, with 1 hour for lunch.

To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
