Role: IT Support Technician

Location: Care South Head Office, Commercial Road, Poole, BH14 0HU

Pay: Up to £29,500 per annum, depending on experience

Hours: 37 Hours per week

About The Role

Join our team as an IT Support Technician and become the first point of contact for all IT and Software support across our organisation. In this people focused role, you will provide clear, patient guidance to staff, ensuring issues are resolved promptly while maintaining high technical standards.

About You
  • Have 2 years+ experiences in an IT/Software support role within a customer focused environment.
  • Be confident in delivering training and creating documentation.
  • Have Experience troubleshooting hardware, Software and Network Issues.
  • Be comfortable engaging with users in person or over the phone.
  • Have the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Manage priorities effectively.
  • Have a proactive approach to problem solving.
