A technology support firm in Leicester is seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Technician for a full-time role. You will provide vital internal technical support, manage support tickets, and handle both hardware and software issues. Candidates should have relevant IT experience, familiarity with Windows OS, and a valid UK driving license for required national travel. Salary is between £18,000 and £21,000, and shifts may vary between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm.
Due to growth and internal promotion in the IT support team. My client is looking for an experienced IT Helpdesk Technician to join them. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in Leicester. Due to the size of the company national travel to other sites will be required.

The main purpose of this position is to provide internal support across the business on software and hardware related issues. You will be joining an existing team of 4 dealing with queries on the phone, e-mail and face to face.
