Overview
Our Client is seeking a technically skilled IT Support Technician to join their team. This role involves supporting and maintaining a range of office & telecommunication equipment.
Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide assistance to users experiencing issues with hardware, software, and network systems.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve problems related to software, hardware, and connectivity.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of technical issues, resolutions, and system updates.
- User Training: Educate staff on best practices for using technology and software applications.
Qualifications
- Education: An IT/Computer qualification is desirable
- Experience: Previous experience in a technical support role is desirable.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and proficiency with operating systems and common software tools.
