A leading childcare provider in Denton is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide first-line support to nurseries and maintenance of IT infrastructure. This varied role involves troubleshooting issues, setting up hardware and software, and supporting IT projects. Candidates should have a degree in a computing-related field and previous IT support experience. As our IT Support Technician, you’ll be part of a small but dynamic IT team providing first-line support to nurseries and central support colleagues via our helpdesk. You’ll also help maintain and improve our IT infrastructure, support project delivery, and ensure our systems run smoothly and efficiently as we scale.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same — from troubleshooting Wi‑Fi issues to installing new equipment, liaising with suppliers, and supporting the rollout of new technologies.
We’re looking for someone who’s both technical and personable, with a genuine passion for IT and problem‑solving. You’ll be a proactive team player, able to adapt quickly and deliver great service.
