Our client is a global software solutions company with UK headquarters located in Victoria, London. They are now seeking a IT Support Technician for a 12 month contract where you will benefit from great technical support from your colleagues. Can be 2 days a week remote.

Responsibiities

Duties range from remote desktop assistance to providing support over the telephone to troubleshooting issues that arise with computers.

  • Troubleshoot issues as 1st, 2nd level support for desktop and enterprise applications, local/networking printing, e-mail, connectivity, remote access, and hardware issues.
  • Troubleshoot and replace laptop and PC hardware.
  • Provides professional-level phone support to customers.
  • Configure, test, and troubleshoot network connectivity and wireless access.

Skills

  • Computer graduate or similar
  • 1+ years experience in IT Desktop Support.
  • Familiarity supporting Mac OS X & Windows 7/10.
  • Familiarity with wired and Wi-Fi Networking with Windows Active Directory preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
