You will diagnose and resolve technical issues across hardware and software, ensuring minimal disruption to education. The ideal candidate has proven experience in technical support, strong troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to customer service. This role requires on-site work from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver 1st & 2nd line technical support to staff and students, ensuring minimal disruption to learning.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
  • Escalate complex technical incidents where necessary and follow up to resolution.
  • Maintain and update IT systems, documentation, and asset records.
  • Support projects, upgrades, and routine maintenance across the IT infrastructure.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring users feel supported and informed.
