A technology support company in Northern Ireland is seeking an IT Support Technician to ensure the stability and efficiency of their IT operations across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have a degree in IT, experience in IT support, and strong troubleshooting skills. This role is full-time and temporary with the potential for a permanent position.

  • Driving licence and access to own car.

Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line (1st/2nd line) IT support across various locations.
  • Log and resolve user issues using the IT service desk system.
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain IT hardware, software, and mobile devices.
  • Support internal platforms, tools, and business applications.
  • Perform user account administration and access control.
  • Maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Co-Pilot and Entra.
  • Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, and Windows Server functions.
  • Assist with new user onboarding and hardware provisioning.

  • Contract: Temp: 3-6 months, with potential to secure permanent position
Overview

We're seeking an IT Support Technician to assist with the day-to-day stability and efficiency of our IT operations. Working across multiple sites, you will ensure core systems, devices, and infrastructure continue to support smooth and secure operations.

In this hands‑on role, you will handle user support, technical troubleshooting, and the setup and maintenance of IT equipment and software. You'll gain exposure to a variety of platforms and technologies, contributing directly to the performance and security of our systems and services.
