  • Experience supporting iPhones and MDM solutions (InTune).
  • Familiarity with video conferencing systems (Cisco, Neat, Poly).
  • Certifications such as MCSE, MCP, or MOS are desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Own and resolve IT incidents, keeping users informed.
  • Install, configure, and maintain laptops and desktops.
  • Support iPhones via MDM solutions.
  • Log and manage incidents using ServiceNow.
  • Diagnose root causes using tools like Nexthink.
  • Provide expert advice on Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • Assist with video conferencing setup.
  • Collaborate with NOC teams on servers and network hardware.
  • Administer the office phone system.
  • Escalate security issues and manage software whitelisting.
  • Support printers, copiers, and scanners.
