Job Purpose

As part of an existing team, the IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing support to end users in all aspects of IT, from infrastructure to business applications, for the UK facilities as well as across the EMEA region.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide end-user support for Windows and Microsoft applications
  • Deliver local IT support at UK locations
  • Install and configure PCs, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Manage user accounts and networking tasks
