  • Hours: Full time - 37.5 pw (Mon-Fri, 9am-5.30pm)
  • Contract: Temp: 3-6 months, with potential to secure permanent position
Overview

As an IT Support Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth, day-to-day operation of the organisation's technology systems. These systems are critical to maintaining efficient communication, real-time coordination, and overall operational effectiveness across all areas of the business.

You will be responsible for the support, administration, and maintenance of IT hardware and software, both on-site and across connected assets. This includes troubleshooting technical issues, managing user support requests, and ensuring systems remain secure, up-to-date, and fully functional. The role offers hands-on experience across a broad range of IT functions, giving you the opportunity to develop practical skills while contributing to the reliability and performance of the organisation's technology infrastructure.
