A leading spirits retailer in London is seeking an experienced IT Support Lead to manage IT operations and support services. You will oversee technical issue resolution and collaborate with external vendors to enhance IT services. We're looking for a proactive and hands‑on IT Support Lead to take ownership of our day‑to‑day IT operations and support services. Reporting to the Technical Director, you'll play a key role in keeping our systems running smoothly and supporting users across the business. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong IT support experience who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role. You'll be responsible for managing our infrastructure, supporting users, and working closely with external vendors – all while helping to improve how we deliver IT services. The role has one direct report, our IT Support Administrator.
