As part of Speciality Drinks Group and the wider Pernod Ricard family, we pride ourselves on offering exceptional products, expert guidance, and seamless online experiences to spirits lovers and connoisseurs around the world. The business has many moving parts; a direct to consumer retailer (both online and in-store), a wholesale arm working directly with the UK's top restaurants and bars, and an online auction house. Being part of the Speciality Drinks Group means you'll be working with some of the very best people in the drinks industry and be part of a fantastic team that is passionate about everything they do. We love what we do, and we would love you to come and join us.

The opportunity

We're looking for a proactive and hands‑on IT Support Lead to take ownership of our day‑to‑day IT operations and support services. Reporting to the Technical Director, you'll play a key role in keeping our systems running smoothly and supporting users across the business. Your unique contribution
  • Lead the IT support function, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues across the business
  • Provide hands‑on support for our infrastructure – including servers, networks, endpoints, and storage
  • Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, and other core business applications
  • Work closely with external IT service providers to ensure high‑quality service delivery
  • Support upgrades, patching, and general maintenance of IT systems
  • Help maintain business continuity and disaster recovery procedures
  • Keep IT documentation, policies, and training materials up to date
Your blend of talent
  • Solid experience in IT support or infrastructure roles
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a practical, problem‑solving mindset
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure
  • Good understanding of networks, servers, and endpoint devices
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to support non‑technical users
  • Experience working with external vendors or service providers
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices is a plus
Desirable
  • Experience with VOIP systems
  • Familiarity with endpoint management tools (e.g. CrowdStrike administration)
  • Cisco/Juniper networking administration
  • Cloudflare or other web firewall admin
  • ERP system support
  • Industry certifications (Microsoft Certified Administrator, ITIL, etc.)
The way we perform
  • We collaborate
  • We deliver results efficiently
  • We grow diverse teams
  • We are consumer and customer centric
  • We foster growth mindset
  • We drive engagement

Applications are to be received by close of business 13 November, however we reserve the right to close the advertisement sooner.
